Entrepreneurship Week Canada is aligned with Global Entrepreneurship Week (unleashingideas.org) taking place November 17-23, 2008.

Global Entrepreneurship Week is a worldwide effort to bring together like-minded people across the world to celebrate and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship to youth. It is an idea that spawned from Enterprise Week UK, which first began in 2004. Last year, Global Entrepreneurship Week engaged over 2,720 partner organizations and more than 900,000 individuals. In 2008, 56 countries will join together to form this global movement.

This year, Canada will join under the banner of Global Entrepreneurship Week and establish itself as one of the leading countries in promoting youth entrepreneurship. The Impact Entrepreneurship Group is honoured to be appointed as one of the national hosts for Entrepreneurship Week Canada.
